It’s an event with a cause as the Observer is awarding local artists with monetary grants for service to the Arts and the Community. These individuals were chosen from a panel of local cultural denizens, philanthropists and community-organizers. Dallas Observer will donate over $6,000 in grants to our Mastermind Awards winners.
